Your Holiday Itinerary
A Far East Adventure
- Bangkok, Hong Kong, Singapore & a tropical beach

DAY 1:
Fly from your chosen airport to Amsterdam. Here you will join your connecting overnight flight to Bangkok.

DAY 2:
Morning arrival in Bangkok where you will be met and transferred to your hotel for a three night stay on a bed and buffet breakfast basis. This afternoon we include a city tour that features the Temples of the Golden Buddha and the Reclining Buddha. This evening, those who are still feeling energetic might like to explore Bangkok by night and sample the vibrant nightlife!

DAY 3:
A day at leisure in Bangkok or join the first of our fabulous optional excursions, a tour up country to the Floating Market & Rose Garden. This evening, we offer an optional Thai Dinner Dance including a traditional meal.

DAY 4:
Today, don't miss our optional excursion to the River Kwai, taking you past the typical Thai scenery of rice fields and lush vegetation to this infamous bridge and ‘Death Railway’. This excursion also includes a train ride to Namtoke where we have included lunch.

DAY 5:
A morning free in Bangkok for last minute shopping and sightseeing before the transfer to Bangkok Airport for the afternoon flight to Hong Kong. Upon arrival in the early evening, you will be met and transferred to your hotel for a three night stay.

DAY 6:
A day at leisure in Hong Kong or join our optional Hong Kong Island Tour, which includes a tram ride to the top of Victoria Peak. You may then like to take advantage of our optional half day tour to Kowloon & The New Territories. Enjoy a contrasting view of Hong Kong, beginning with a trip on the Star Ferry across the famous harbour.

This evening, end a memorable day with our optional Hong Kong Harbour Cruise, which includes an extensive buffet dinner.

DAY 7:
A further day to enjoy the wonders of Hong Kong. Alternatively, why not join our full day Gateway to China excursion, taking in many highlights including an exhibition of some of the Terracotta Warriors and Horses. You will travel to China by hovercraft, returning by express train!

DAY 8:
You will have the morning free in Hong Kong before the transfer to the airport and late afternoon flight to Singapore. Upon arrival, we will transfer to the hotel for a three night stay.

DAY 9:
This morning join our included city tour for a great introduction to Singapore. You'll get to see the main sights and it will also help you to get your bearings for further exploration at your leisure. This afternoon you can explore the city for yourself, before having the chance to join our unmissable optional Night Safari & Dinner this evening.

DAY 10:
Today you are free to enjoy more of Singapore’s amazing attractions. Why not join our optional Colonial Singapore with Afternoon Tea at Raffles excursion?

DAY 11:
This morning you are at leisure in Singapore, before the mid-afternoon transfer to the airport. The flight to Bangkok leaves in the late afternoon and on arrival we will transfer to the Thai beach resort of Cha-Am for a three night stay on a bed and buffet breakfast basis.

DAYS 12 & 13:
These days are at leisure in this idyllic, tropical paradise, where warm, clear waters lap the shores of white, palm fringed beaches. During your stay, be sure to take advantage of our excellent optional excursions including Hua Hin by Night, Petchaburi Summer Palace and Discover Hua Hin & Cha-Am.

DAY 14:
A further day to relax before the late evening departure for Bangkok Airport to join the return flight to Amsterdam. (Please note that rooms have to be vacated at midday.)

DAY 15:
Early morning flight to Amsterdam, from where you will join your connecting flight to your chosen UK airport.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

Nights 2 - 4: Century Park Hotel, Bangkok

This 3* hotel, a firm favourite with Travelscope clients, is centrally located in the shopping district of Pratunam. Facilities include a swimming pool, gym, cocktail lounge, lobby bar and restaurants serving western and oriental cuisine. All rooms have private facilities, TV, air-conditioning, radio, mini bar and telephone.

Nights 5 - 7: Charterhouse Hotel, Hong Kong

This 3* hotel is well situated in the main business and shopping district of Wan Chai and Causeway Bay in Hong Kong. The hotel boasts many facilities including a gym, the Gazebo restaurant and a choice of bars. All rooms offer en suite facilities, air-conditioning, satellite TV, radio, hairdryer, safe and tea/coffee maker.

Nights 8 - 10: Miamar Hotel, Singapore

This centrally located 3* hotel on the banks of the Singapore River, offers an ideal base from which to explore Singapore. Facilities include a swimming pool, restaurant and bar. All rooms are well equipped with private facilities, airconditioning, TV, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, telephone and safe.

Nights 11 - 13: Regent Cha-Am Beach Resort, Cha-Am

The 3* Regent Resort boasts an excellent range of facilities in an ideal beach setting, including three swimming pools and a Jacuzzi, a choice of restaurants, 24 hour coffee shop, health club, squash courts, table tennis, badminton and cycle hire. All rooms have private facilities, air-conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, mini bar and balcony.
