After your cruise

Upon our return to port after your cruise, the vessel must be cleared by Customs and Immigration officials and all luggage must be unloaded. This procedure generally takes two to three hours. If your return flights/transfers are not booked through Travelscope, please ensure you have arranged adequate connection time.

After leaving the vessel you may identify and claim your luggage on the pier. Baggage lost or damaged must be reported to a Travelscope representative prior to leaving the Customs area.
