 Magnolia Plantation & Swamp TourFounded in 1676 the Magnolia Plantation has been the original ancestral home of the Drayton family who played an important role throughout American history from the American Revolution to the Civil War and beyond. Enjoy a 30 minute guided tour of the house and spend time in the beautiful gardens which include a topiary, Barbados tropical and wildflower gardens. See the antebellum cabins, a restored slave cabin dating back to the 1840s, a rice barge and many more attractions. Finally take a tour through the swamp garden which is home to many species of birds, mammals and alligators. (Price includes general admission, a tour of the house, the nature train, entrance to the swamp garden and transfers.)
