Day 1 BOPPARD
Selected early morning pick-ups and journey to
Dover/Folkestone for the 1000am ferry/Eurotunnel
crossing to Calais. Alternatively, we offer
overnight hotel accommodation close to port for those who would prefer. On arrival in Calais, your
coach will continue to the beautiful town of Boppard,
where you will join your cruise vessel. Arrival will
be in time for a welcome drink and included threecourse
evening meal.
Day 2 BOPPARD, KOBLENZ
This morning we cruise to Koblenz where you
will have time to explore this fascinating town. In
the preserved old centre there are many Gothic
churches and medieval bridges.
Be sure to see Koblenz’s most familiar monument:
the Deutsches Eck. After your included lunch,
perhaps join our optional magical Moselle tour, taking
in Cochem and a famous wine cellar.
This evening, after dinner, we include a party night
with live entertainment.
Day 3 KOBLENZ, RÜDESHEIM
While you are enjoying breakfast this morning, your
vessel will be cruising downstream through the
most scenic section of the mighty Rhine Gorge to
the popular wine village of Rüdesheim for time at
leisure. Arrival here will be after lunch on board and
this afternoon you might want to take advantage of
our optional excursion to Siegfried’s Musik Kabinett
to admire the collection of mechanical musical
instruments. You can also sample Adolf's famous
Glühwein
This evening, after dinner, we include a second party
night on board, with live entertainment.
Day 4 RÜDESHEIM
Bid farewell to our vessel and make an en route
stop (time-permitting) at a hypermarket or wine
warehouse before continuing to Calais in time for
the 5.00pm Channel crossing to Dover/Folkestone.
Upon arrival, we will return you to your original
departure point.
