This poignant tour has been carefully planned to give an insight into events of World War I, taking in many of the battle sites that were key to the eventual outcome. Discover battlefields on the Western Front, the infamous La Coupole underground V2 rocket base and many memorials to those who fought for freedom and made the ultimate sacrifice.
You might also like to join two fascinating optional full day excursions. On one day you can visit Peronne and its War Museum, as well as taking a tour of the Somme. On another day, we will take you to Ypres in Belgium to visit the famous ‘In Flanders Fields’ Museum, before attending the Last Post Ceremony at the Menin Gate.
