Day 3: Oporto, Portugal. Blessed with a rich variety of monumental and artistic heritage, Oporto has several points of interest, not least among them its remarkable bridges. Oporto is also famed for its port wine 'Vinho de Porto', which comes from the mountain vineyards - sample some for yourself and don't forget it will make a great Christmas gift idea!
Day 4: Cadiz, Spain. From here why not take an optional excursion to Jerez de la Frontera, famed for its dazzling Andalucian horses and as the home of sherry!
Day 5: Gibraltar. This morning, enjoy a warm welcome here and enjoy all of the advantages of a foreign country and all the familiarity of home in Gibraltar. This afternoon cruise to Tangier, Morocco, and perhaps try your hand at bartering in the Old Medina.
Day 6: Lisbon, Portugal. Arrive in Portugal's cosmopolitan capital city and discover the wonders and unspoilt charm that enthral so many British visitors each year.
Day 7: Vigo, Spain. From Vigo, you may wish to join the optional excursion to Santiago de Compostela. Here you can explore this ancient town's beautiful buildings and impressive cathedral.
Day 8: Cruising at sea.
Day 9: Arrive Falmouth, UK for the return coaching transfer to your original departure point.
