Day 1: Depart Greenock. Today you will board the impressive MV Van Gogh and have a full day to make use of the excellent on board facilities. This evening you can enjoy a five-course dinner, and afterwards sample the evening entertainment or relax with a drink in the bar.

Day 2: Cruising at sea.

Day 3: Arrive London Tilbury, UK. During the course of the afternoon you will have a short coach transfer to London's famous West End, where you can shop 'til you drop. Stroll down Oxford Street and visit such stores as Selfridges or you might even like to visit Harrods. This evening we begin our journey to Holland.

Day 4: Ijmuiden (for Amsterdam), Holland. This morning, berth at Ijmuiden where you will surely wish to join the optional excursion to the Dutch capital of Amsterdam. Here there will be time at leisure for shopping and to admire the seasonal decorations. Make sure you take time to visit the 'Old Masters' in one of the famous museums or perhpas one of the famous diamond factories.

Day 5: Bremerhaven, Germany. This morning you will arrive at Bremerhaven, where there will be time to explore. Perhaps you would like to join an optional excursion to Germany's second city — Hamburg, home to one of the biggest and most prestigious shopping districts in the world. You may prefer to join an alternative excursion, taking you to the Hanseatic City of Bremen, famous for its delightful Christmas Markets.

Day 6: Zeebrugge, Belgium. Around midday, we will berth at the Belgian port of Zeebrugge. Today you will have the chance to join an optional excursion to the picturesque medieval city of Bruges. Here you can visit the impressive Christmas Markets and take advantage of the excellent shopping opportunities. Alternatively today, you might like to sample the Christmas Markets in Brussels.

Day 7: Arrive London Tilbury, UK. We bid farewell to the MV Van Gogh and return to London's West End for some last minute shopping and sightseeing, before rejoining the coach for the return journey to your original departure point.
