We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to develop the services currently offered and contribute fresh ideas. The desire and ability to support the ongoing growth of the company is essential.
The role is varied and will involve close liaison with the Marketing Services Manager. Main duties will include overseeing and ensuring the timely design, production and despatch of brochures and promotional literature to newspaper clients and passengers via printed and electronic media as well as stock control and associated administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will be confident and personable and will be expected to liaise professionally at all levels. To be successful in this role you will have an exacting eye for detail and be able to identify areas for improvement in current systems. Ideally a graduate, and with a CIM qualification desirable, you will have demonstrable hands-on marketing experience within a professional services environment as well as a solid administrative background. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, with MAC skills desirable.
